It was really my pleasure to work over there.
I have a very good work experience in terms of technical services and customer support.Total 2 major distribution of electricity project were completed under my supervision.
As a graduate Engineer Trainee, I managed the following task.
• Supervision of Transformer loading-balance/unbalance
• New LT network planning and execution
• Transformer load calculation and implementation of required assets.
I performed those task by providing my full effort and tried to fulfill organizational goal by proving myself one of the multitasking employees without compromising in the quality of wok.
The management in terms of achieving customer's satisfaction and service facility was in the perfect flow because of the dedication of all supervisors.
The workplace culture was excellent as the professionalism followed by fresh trainees.In addition to that,I learnt how to deal with customers in terms of technical support from 3 months of outstanding training.
The hardest part of the job was to find faults when there was any kinds of interruption in the distribution of electricity.
The most enjoyble part of the job was promotions, employee benefits and appreciation of the emplyees for their achievements.
